Labcorp has completed its acquisition of select assets of the clinical laboratory business of Brooklyn, N.Y.-based Empire City Laboratories, including select existing patient service centers (PSCs).
The acquisition builds upon a longstanding relationship between the two organizations and will expand access to laboratory collection and testing services for Empire’s patients and providers.

This acquisition follows other strategic relationships that Labcorp has developed with a range of health systems and regional/local laboratories that have increased access to laboratory services, improved patient care and driven efficiencies for customers.
