Eypex Corporation, which provides automotive lighting, electronics and magnetic fastening solutions, today announced that it has acquired all assets of JustLight, including the Sunflower Smart Light Therapy lamp that advances mental and physical wellness. JustLight will be reorganized and run independently under Eypex, offering products directly to consumers and through select distribution partners.
JustLight previously launched and developed several products including the Sunflower, a versatile in-home light therapy solution for those suffering daily pains and chronic ailments. With it, users can heal mind and body, improve quality of life and boost overall mental and physical wellness. “Photobiomodulation (PBM) therapy is the next wave of modern health. Eypex’s acquisition of JustLight’s assets and intellectual property include Smart Light Therapy and UV germicidal disinfection technologies.
