PrecisionX Group, a portfolio company of CORE Industrial Partners, recently acquired Ditron, a manufacturer of small, micro, and micro-miniature stamped parts and components for critical-use applications in the aerospace, defense, medical, and semiconductor markets.  

Ditron makes precision-engineered solutions that provide tight-tolerance parts for demanding applications. The company's capabilities include progressive die stamping, reel-to-reel stamping, heat treating, and in-house custom tool design to ensure the quality of micro and micro-miniature stamped components.

Located in Stormville, NY, Ditron's 32,000-square-foot manufacturing facility is ISO 9001 certified and RoHs and IATF 1649 compliant.

Ditron joins a specialized group of contract manufacturers at PrecisionX, including National Manufacturing, known for complex deep-drawn components and precision machining; GEM Manufacturing, experts in precision deep-drawn metal components; and Coining Manufacturing, a leader in progressive stamping and Swiss machining of high-performance alloys such as Inconel. 

PrecisionX is based in Waterbury, Connecticut.
