Marco Sealing Solutions announced Tuesday that it has acquired Rocket Seals Inc., a Denver distributor of O-rings and sealing products.
Rocket Seals supplies the fluid power, water treatment, oil and gas, and heavy equipment sectors, as well as customers in aerospace, medical equipment, and food and beverages. The company, founded in 1956, would bolster Marco’s market reach and capabilities, company officials said.

The deal is Marco’s second this year — following its May addition of Pride Seals — and its ninth since its 2020 acquisition by private equity firm Align Capital Partners.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
