The LVCM-013-025-03M (Metric Version) Linear Servo Motor from Moticont (Van Nuys, CA) features a 9.5 mm stroke, low inertia, high acceleration/deceleration, smooth zero cogging motion, high accuracy and high repeatability. The LVCM-013-025-03M Linear Voice Coil Servo Motor is also known as a moving coil motor or linear actuator.
Features include:
- A force-to-size ratio of 0.79 N.
- A peak force of 6.9 N at a 10% duty cycle.
- Sub-micron positioning when operated in a closed servo loop as a DC Servo Motor.
- A 34.9 mm length at mid-stroke.
- M3X0.5 threaded holes in the center of the housing and the coil end for integration into new or existing applications.
- Single or multi-axis plug-and-play servo controllers and linear encoders are available.
