MG America, the U.S. subsidiary of MG2 of Bologna, Italy, introduced the GTF60 Flexi, a modular tray forming and loading machine built on the proven GTF60 platform. This next-generation system combines high-speed performance with flexibility in a compact, balcony-style footprint.

The GTF60 Flexi is designed for forming and loading trays or cartons at high speeds across a broad range of box sizes, supporting packaging needs for pharmaceutical, medical device, nutritional, food, confectionary, and consumer product sectors.

  • Produces up to 240 cartons/trays per minute
  • Fully servomotor-controlled with up to four indexes operating simultaneously
  • Box size range: 80x34x40 mm to 280x250x150 mm
  • Fast changeovers, easy cleaning, and simplified maintenance
  • Balcony-style design for compact footprint and accessibility
  • Available as a standalone unit or multi-module configuration
  • Integrates with B&R’s ACOPOStrak variable pitch indexing system
