OPEN Health, a provider of scientific communications and market access services, announced that it signed a binding agreement to acquire The CM Group, a U.S. domestic medical communications platform from NaviMed Capital.
The partnership between OPEN Health and The CM Group expands the platform's global reach and portfolio of scientific solutions for the pharma and biotech industry.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
