Novarad announced a strategic alliance with a network of specialty Neurosurgical and Spine distribution partners within the U.S. The initial network covers locations from the Eastern seaboard to Texas, with additional partners to be added throughout the entire USA in the fourth quarter of 2022. These medical device distributors bring local presence to support the growth of Novarad's new VisAR and OpenSight product lines.
VisAR, an Augmented Reality Surgical Navigation technology, transforms a patient's imaging data. Presenting as a 3-dimensional hologram visible through an optical visor, this augmented reality is superimposed onto the patient with sub-millimeter accuracy, allowing the surgeon to focus directly on their objective without looking away from the separate monitor.
